Welcome to Prairie Potion Co. By visiting our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Handmade & Custom Products

Many of our products are handmade and/or customized specifically for each customer. Because of this, slight variations in color, glitter placement, texture, design, and overall appearance may occur. These variations are a natural part of handmade products and are not considered defects.

Custom products are created based on the selections and information provided by the customer at the time of ordering. Please review your selections carefully before submitting your order.

2. Custom Orders

Once a custom order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Customers are responsible for making sure all selections, including tumbler size, glitter, wrap/design, personalization, and other customization details, are correct before completing their purchase.

Prairie Potion Co. is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information or selections provided by the customer.

3. Snowglobe Tumbler Care

Snowglobe tumblers are handmade decorative drinkware and require proper care.

Unless otherwise stated, snowglobe tumblers should:

• Be used with cold or room-temperature beverages only
• Be hand washed
• Never be placed in a dishwasher
• Never be placed in a microwave
• Never be filled with hot liquids
• Not be dropped or handled roughly

Glitter may settle, shift, or move over time. Colors and glitter may also naturally settle or change slightly with time and exposure to light. These are normal characteristics of handmade snowglobe tumblers and are not considered defects.

Damage caused by improper care, normal wear and tear, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions is not the responsibility of Prairie Potion Co.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are handmade and many are made specifically for each customer, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been used, washed, exposed to hot liquids, placed in a dishwasher or microwave, damaged through improper care, or altered after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or has a covered manufacturing issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

5. Inspect Your Order

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and before using it.

Customers should report any damage, defects, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Once a product has been used, washed, or altered, Prairie Potion Co. may not be able to determine whether the issue was present when the product was delivered.

6. Live Creation Orders

Some custom products may include an optional Create It Live experience.

Selecting the Live Creation option does not guarantee a specific live date or time. Live creation is only available during scheduled Prairie Potion Co. live crafting sessions and is subject to available space and the number of orders that can reasonably be completed during each session.

If a live session reaches capacity, your order may be moved to the next available live session.

Live dates and times will be announced through Prairie Potion Co.'s website and/or social media.

Customers who do not select the Live Creation option will have their order created during Prairie Potion Co.'s regular production schedule.

7. Processing & Shipping

All handmade and custom orders require processing time. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, customization, supply availability, and whether the order is scheduled for a live creation session.

Shipping times begin after the order has been completed and shipped.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Prairie Potion Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, theft after confirmed delivery, or delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

8. Product Colors & Appearance

We make every effort to accurately display product colors, glitter, and designs on our website. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, lighting, and photography conditions.

Because our products are handmade, the finished product may have minor variations from website photos or examples.

9. Intellectual Property

All photographs, product images, logos, graphics, written content, designs, and branding displayed on the Prairie Potion Co. website are owned by or licensed to Prairie Potion Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used without permission.

Custom designs submitted by customers remain the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have the appropriate rights or permission to use those designs.

10. Website Use

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use the website to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit harmful material, or engage in activity that could damage the website or business.

11. Pricing & Product Availability

Prairie Potion Co. reserves the right to change product prices, descriptions, availability, designs, and offerings at any time.

We make every effort to keep website information accurate. If an error occurs involving pricing, product information, or availability, we reserve the right to correct the error and contact affected customers regarding their order.

12. Order Acceptance

Placing an order through our website does not guarantee acceptance of the order. Prairie Potion Co. reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including situations involving incorrect pricing, unavailable products, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid for the canceled order.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Prairie Potion Co. is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use, misuse, failure to follow care instructions, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear of our products.

Our products should always be used according to the care instructions provided.

14. Changes to These Terms

Prairie Potion Co. may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

By continuing to use our website or place orders after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms of Service.
