3. Watch It Brew LIVE 🎥
Wild Card Cauldron tumblers are created LIVE only, so you get to watch your mystery tumbler come together right before your eyes.
🖤 A Little Note About Live Spots: Live creation spots are limited because, well... there's only one me! 😂 I can only brew so many tumblers during each live session. When you choose a live date, you're choosing your preferred session, but it does not guarantee your tumbler will be brewed on that exact date. If I don't get to your tumbler during your selected live, no worries! Your order will automatically roll over to the next available live, where I'll brew it then. Wild Card orders are created in the order they're received and based on the number of available spots in each live session. So grab your spot, give me your hint, and get ready to see what the cauldron cooks up! 🔮✨ One person. One cauldron. Lots of tumblers. 🧪😂

Because each tumbler is handmade to order, no two tumblers will be exactly alike. Slight variations in color, design, glitter placement, and finish are normal characteristics of a handmade product and are part of what makes your tumbler unique.
For snowglobe tumblers, glitter may settle, shift, or move differently over time, and colors may naturally settle or change slightly. These are normal characteristics of the snowglobe design and are not considered defects.
For regular tumblers without glitter or added color, the finished appearance may still have slight variations due to the handmade process, including minor differences in wrap placement, color, and finish.
Please double-check your wrap, size, glitter, colors, and creation option before completing your order. Custom orders are made specifically for you and cannot be changed once production has started.

- Cold or room-temperature drinks only — no hot liquids
- Do not microwave or place in the dishwasher
- Avoid dropping, soaking, or exposing your tumbler to extreme heat
- For snowglobe tumblers, handle gently to help protect the glitter and liquid
💧 If Your Snowglobe Tumbler Leaks
If you notice any leaking, moisture, or liquid around the tumbler, stop using it immediately and do not attempt to open, repair, or reseal it yourself.
Please contact Prairie Potion Co. as soon as possible with photos or a short video showing the issue. If the tumbler arrived damaged or develops a leak due to a possible manufacturing issue, we'll review it and determine the appropriate resolution.
Please note that leaks caused by dropping, impact, improper care, extreme heat, or attempted repairs are not covered.
✨ Snowglobe note: Glitter may settle or shift over time. This is completely normal and part of the handmade charm.
