Live orders are worked on in order of purchase. Joining the queue does not reserve a specific stream date. If your tumbler isn't reached during one stream, it stays queued for the next. You don't need to attend for your tumbler to be made. A livestream date is not a guaranteed completion or shipping date.

Because each tumbler is handmade to order, no two tumblers will be exactly alike. Slight variations in color, design, glitter placement, and finish are normal characteristics of a handmade product and are part of what makes your tumbler unique.
For snowglobe tumblers, glitter may settle, shift, or move differently over time, and colors may naturally settle or change slightly. These are normal characteristics of the snowglobe design and are not considered defects.
For regular tumblers without glitter or added color, the finished appearance may still have slight variations due to the handmade process, including minor differences in wrap placement, color, and finish.
Please double-check your wrap, size, glitter, colors, and creation option before completing your order. Custom orders are made specifically for you and cannot be changed once production has started.

- Hand wash only 🧼
- Cold or room-temperature drinks only — no hot liquids
- Do not microwave or place in the dishwasher
- Avoid dropping, soaking, or exposing your tumbler to extreme heat
- For snowglobe tumblers, handle gently to help protect the glitter and liquid
💧 If Your Snowglobe Tumbler Leaks
If you notice any leaking, moisture, or liquid around the tumbler, stop using it immediately and do not attempt to open, repair, or reseal it yourself.
Please contact Prairie Potion Co. as soon as possible with photos or a short video showing the issue. If the tumbler arrived damaged or develops a leak due to a possible manufacturing issue, we'll review it and determine the appropriate resolution.
Please note that leaks caused by dropping, impact, improper care, extreme heat, or attempted repairs are not covered.
✨ Snowglobe note: Glitter may settle or shift over time. This is completely normal and part of the handmade charm.
